We truly believe your forever starts here.

The Mulberry Estate & Gardens is a thoughtfully restored Florida venue, where history and intention meet a refined, modern sensibility. Under new ownership, the space has been carefully reimagined to honor its roots while creating room for a wider range of celebrations, gatherings, and love stories.

The Heart Behind the Mulberry

My name is Caley Alley, and I am head over heels in love… with love. Like “can’t eat, can’t sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, World Series kind of stuff.” (If you know, you know.)

The Mulberry Estate & Gardens was born from bold faith and a deep belief in creating spaces and moments that matter.

For nearly twenty years, I have been immersed in the world of weddings and events—from the entertainment industry to celebrations held across the globe—and nearly 1,000 love stories brought to life along the way. But somewhere between the timelines, the florals, and the final dances, I realized something: my calling wasn’t just coordinating weddings.

It was creating the place where they begin.

The Mulberry Estate & Gardens is the manifestation of that calling. After decades of stewarding events, I longed to build something lasting—a space designed with intention, elevated with purpose, and cared for as if it were my own home. Because in many ways, it is.

“The Mulberry Estate & Gardens was born from bold faith and a deep belief in creating spaces and moments that matter.”

I often say, “I love, love,” and there is no truer statement. I grew up watching my grandparents, Bud and Andrea, who were married for more than fifty years. Their love was the kind you only read about—a real-life Notebook story. I lost them on the same date, nearly the same time, just two years apart. Ever since, I have carried one mission: to pour that same devotion and reverence into the beginning chapters of other love stories.

One of my favorite quotes says, “To love and be loved is to feel the sun from both sides.” Maybe it’s because I’m a born-and-raised Florida girl who needs her daily dose of sunshine and saltwater. Or maybe it’s because I believe love is the closest we get to witnessing something divine.

The Mulberry is not simply a venue. It is a setting built from legacy, intention, and a deep belief in celebrating what matters most.

Just as deeply as I believe in love stories, I believe in the strength of the family who stands beside them. My husband, a retired Coast Guard Master Chief, embodies quiet leadership, integrity, and unwavering devotion. He is the kind of man who has spent a lifetime serving others and now pours that same steady commitment into our home, our church, and into The Mulberry.

Together, we are raising two incredible teenagers who are as athletic as they are intelligent—driven in their pursuits yet grounded in character—reminding us daily what legacy truly looks like in motion. And of course, our two beloved fur babies complete the picture.

The Mulberry is not just a business venture for us; it is an extension of our family—built on service, resilience, laughter, and the belief that the strongest foundations, whether in marriage or in life, are built together.

Our Mission

At The Mulberry Estate & Gardens, our mission is to create a timeless setting for life’s most meaningful celebrations—from weddings that begin a legacy to gatherings that honor every chapter in between.

We exist to steward each moment with intention, beauty, and wholehearted service so that every event feels effortless, refined, and deeply personal. We believe the most meaningful celebrations deserve a storybook setting.

This is more than a venue.

It is a place where families and friends gather, love is witnessed, and memories are woven into history.

For those who dare to love—and for those who gather to celebrate it.

The Venue

Throughout the estate, original materials tell a meaningful story. The two 23-foot live-edge wood bars were crafted from trees that fell on the land during Hurricane Matthew, and the expansive barn doors are made from reclaimed wood sourced from an 1850s apple orchard barn in Indiana—preserved details that ground the venue in authenticity and care. The property also includes a beautifully updated farmhouse, once part of a working farm. Now thoughtfully renovated with modern appliances and furnishings, the home retains a soft French country influence, offering a warm and inviting place to gather, prepare, and slow down. Together, these elements create a setting that feels timeless yet personal—where tradition is respected, details matter, and each event is given space to unfold naturally.
